James Miller is a retired police officer with 20 years of service, 17 of which were spent as an operator with a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team. He has been training in the martial arts for more than 30 years and holds black belts or equivalent rankings in several systems. He currently works with the tactical response team for a nuclear facility.
